This release fixes perl (protect locale tests from LANGUAGE environment variable, prevent the number of buckets in a hash from getting too large, a memory leak when compiling a regular expression). It also enhances perl-ExtUtils-CBuilder (new versions string) and perl-Module-CoreList (data about Perl v5.33.8).
