This release fixes perl (rebase to 5.30.2; works arounds a glibc bug in caching LC_MESSAGES; fixes a POSIX:setlocale() documentation, an integer overflow in POSIX::SigSet(), a thread-safety of IO::Handle, closing :unix PerlIO layers, sorting tied arrays, a spurious warning about a multidimensional syntax, and a warning about an uninitialized value in B::Deparse; corrects "#!/perl" shebangs in the tests and makes perl-macros package noarch), perl-Compress-Raw-Lzma (rebuilds for xz 5.2.5), perl-Encode (fixes a compiler warning, stops using a deprecated Perl function, provides a higher version string to restore an upgrade path with a developmental Perl, fixes a warning and an error message), and perl-Pod-Usage (fixes invoking pod2usage tool when using "-verbose 3" opions with STDIN, emphasizing I<> text if Pod::Text::Termcap is used, a documentation, executing an external pager if it has the program switches; also prefers PAGER enviroment variable to $Config{pager} value). It also enhances perl-Module-CoreList (brings data about Perl 5.30.2 and 5.31.10).
