Add the new modular package afterburn to Fedora 28. Afterburn is a simple cloud provider agent which sources metadata from supported cloud providers.
Once installed, use afterburn --help to see the various options. See https://github.com/coreos/afterburn/blob/master/README.md for more details on using Afterburn.
