maliit-keyboard, I didn't know was so required. There is some major rust packaging needed to get that built.

plasma-workspace:
maliit-keyboard had been waiting on a dependency that is rust based. That dependency has been built (in a sidetag at this time) so we are close to it being built.
iceauth and xsetroot - I need to backport a patch from plasma 6.3.0, and those should not be needed anymore.
Summary:
Although we are close, we are still a day away. I will put the fixed plasma-workstation on this update.

Works when combined with FEDORA-EPEL-2024-10d2e8665f
This needs to be installed together with https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-EPEL-2024-10d2e8665f as @ngompa mentioned, but epel-testing is also needed for opencv and some other dependencies that are not stable yet
Please consider telling people what dependencies are needed that are not self-contained, or it makes this unnecessarily hard to test
