Unfortunately we also need the gdal-libs subpackage (which does install correctly) to resolve a separate uninstallable package, opencv-imgcodecs. We're in kind of a pickle here.
Bodhi is disabling automatic push to stable due to negative karma. The maintainer may push manually if they determine that the issue is not severe.
