Bring F36 trash-cli (0.22.4.16) to EPEL 9

This update has been pushed to testing.
On fresh install of Rocky Linux 9 I used dnf -y install trash-cli --enablerepo=epel-testing and got:
dnf -y install trash-cli --enablerepo=epel-testing
Problem: conflicting requests - nothing provides python3-unipath needed by trash-cli-0.22.4.16-1.el9.noarch
Hey, many thanks for reporting!
unipath dependency is not needed anymore since a long time. This totally slipped my attention.
