Resolves invalid memory access in ncplane_reparent_family(). Resolves several problems introduced in 2.4.4 regarding input handling, including failure of Backspace in several terminals and failure to start depending on initial cursor location. Properly initialize evtype field for NCKEY_RESIZE events. Fix ncplane_dup() for root planes. Fix divide-by-zero in intro demo when we know the cell but not the pixel geometry.
Strongly recommended for users for 2.4.4.
