RPM fixes and updates

  • Fix composer provides (php-composer(natxet/cssmin); and still provide previous php-composer(natxet/CssMin))
  • Fix install
    • /usr/share/php/natxet/CssMin/src/* now installed to /usr/share/php/natxet/CssMin/
    • if exists, move /usr/share/php/natxet/CssMin/src to /usr/share/php/natxet/CssMin/src.rpmmoved
    • symlink /usr/share/php/natxet/CssMin/src to /usr/share/php/natxet/CssMin (for previous compat)
  • Use Fedora Autoloader
  • Fix directory ownership
