A problem was found, documented in https://github.com/sylabs/singularity/issues/4150
As @dwd noted, the new version introduces a requirement for a writable home directory. This causes a failure in our grid environment.
This issue also affects our site-local usage, where users are only given a temporary job working directory inside the container and not an actual home directory.
This update's test gating status has been changed to 'greenwave_failed'.
Am I correct that, since "Autopush (time)" is on, this will be pushed to stable tomorrow?

@olifre I didn't intentionally enable autopush, and didn't see how to disable it, and hoped the negative karma would block it. It didn't, but I unpushed it.
