Tested, works from Nagios Core 4.x -> Nagios Core 4.x, works when installed fresh, also fixes the previous bad patch.
Patch creates significant dependencies that were not there before, even on a system with SELinux disabled

PID file now created in case nagios.cfg contains also the proper "lock_file" option "lock_file=/var/run/nagios/nagios.pid"
In case it's still: "lock_file=/var/run/nagios.pid" nagios will not start in daemon mode, only silently quitting, but strace showed a permission denied -> check during upgrade that "lock_file" option matches "PIDFile" option from "/usr/lib/systemd/system/nagios.service"
This update has reached 14 days in testing and can be pushed to stable now if the maintainer wishes
