BackupPC has an unresolved dependency of perl(File::RsyncP), so BackupPC-3.3.1-1.el7 can't be installed.
right - I had the previous dependancy already installed. I can provide the (fedora derived) rsyncP.

Installed on a fresh Centos 7 VM. Found all dependencies. Configured and started it via systemd without problems.
perl-File-RsynC has just been pushed to Fedora EPEL 7 stable. That means that all dependencies are now available in stable repo. OK for me to push BackupPC to stable whitin short when the 14 day grace period is over.
After last update, everything is OK
