I see a few conflicts with this update:
The latest gstreamer1-plugins-good* version I have from updates-testing is 1.24.11-1.fc40, this update has gstreamer1-plugins-good-1.24.10-2.fc40.
The latest available qgnomeplatform is blocking the update, I think it should have been rebuilt.
Also, LabPlot will have to be rebuilt, but it has to be updated to the latest upstream snapshot first, the current version FTBFS.
Bodhi is disabling automatic push to stable due to negative karma. The maintainer may push manually if they determine that the issue is not severe.
I removed qgnomeplatform, adwaita-qt (were these supposed to have been removed after the relevant change in F39?) and gstreamer1-plugins-good-qt6 in order to install everything and I also did a scratch build of LabPlot in the side tag. I do not know much about the KDE ecosystem, so I don't feel comfortable opening a PR for that last one.
no regressions noted
LabPlot on F40 is still Qt5 based. I'm also not sure why QGnomePlatform needs to be a rebuild, because it is being replaced by qt6-qtbase and I tried it locally and it worked fine for me. Only problem is gstreamer1-plugins-good.
