This update backports the fix for a bug which broke upgrading (major version upgrades, not regular updates). It broke them from Fedora 40+, not to Fedora 40+, so this was not really a real-world problem yet, but it affects our automated tests so we want to fix it now.
Updates may require up to 24 hours to propagate to mirrors. If the following command doesn't work, please retry later:
