wine-9.0 stable is in good shape upstream. wine-staging contains experimental stuff. It breaks wayland mouse in some applications. Do you have a specific reason for shipping this experimental patch? Please stick to the stable mainline release?
Bodhi is disabling automatic push to stable due to negative karma. The maintainer may push manually if they determine that the issue is not severe.
I've opened an issue at https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2259936 with a problem for this update on Rawhide, but I just tested F39 and it's working fine.
