This update breaks typing dual characters (like accented letters, or quotes) using us intl keyboard, but only seems to affect the applications that I have installed via flatpak, like signal or discord. Reverting back to ibus-1.5.30-1.fc40.x86_64 fixes the issue.
Bodhi is disabling automatic push to stable due to negative karma. The maintainer may push manually if they determine that the issue is not severe.
Removing the commit
bus: Change IBus unique name to :1.0 from IBUS_SERVICE_IBUSfromibus-HEAD.patchalso fixes the issueI get the same issue @pgreco described.

BZ#2290842 is fixed, thank you. BZ#2284094 is not fixed, and it affects regular apps also, not just flatpak in KDE Plasma Wayland.
@rajeeshknambiar Probably I think your issue is not a regression.
2284094 is a really Flatpak issue and you should not mark -1.
@fujiwara Ok, I can raise another issue for that. How do I edit the earlier response to 2284094?
