If gambas3 w/its PostgreSQL package are installed and postgresql16-private-libs installed, both will need to be removed prior to applying this update:
$ sudo dnf erase postgresql16-private-libs (which should only remove postgresql16-private-libs-16.1-2.fc39 and gambas3-gb-db-postgresql-3.18.4-1.fc39)
Then proceed with update. Then re-install the gambas3 PostgreSQL package:
$ sudo dnf --enablerepo=updates-testing --refresh --advisory=FEDORA-2024-9f5917605a install gambas3-gb-db-postgresql (which should only install gambas3-gb-db-postgresql-3.19.4-1.fc39 and postgresql-private-libs-15.6-1.fc39)
I guess that --allowerasing might also work. I didn't use this option when I applied this update.
