Works fine natively on AMD Ryzen 7 PRO 6850U with Radeon Graphics. kernel tainted value = 0. F40 KDE with a confined user account, up to date as of now. But the annoying beep in the TTY (when the system doesn't know what to do when pushing TAB, e.g., when multiple or none possibilities exist to complete a term/name) is back :( But I guess that is intended^^

No boot after update from 6.10.6-200.fc40 on a Supermicro X9DRH-7TF with Intel Xeon E5-2670. On the console it only show the very first line of boot after the grub menu. Reverting to 6.10.6-200.fc40 boots correctly.

User Icon jaskerx commented & provided feedback 3 months ago

Kernel doesn't boot with an AMD 2200G, something about the amdgpu frame buffer. Reverting to 6.10.6 works fine.

User Icon kparal commented & provided feedback 3 months ago

@sandwich @jaskerx Please report a new bug into RH Bugzilla. Remove rhgb quiet from the boot command line and capture any error message with a phone. Then link the bugs here. Thanks!

User Icon sandwich commented & provided feedback 3 months ago

@kparal I already don't have rhgb quiet, I am on the serial console through the BMC of the server. The kernel just never starts or outputs nothing to the console.

Turning the touchpad on/off via Fn + F5 key does not work in this version, which worked in the previous versions. Otherwise, no problem observed.

Working fine after a few days of testing on Lenovo P16s AMD G2 including sound, modern standby, network (7840U + 780M Radeon). Played with the Bluetooth : no issues found with any of my devices. kernel tests ran and uploaded. will test on a Starlite Mk IV later tonight.
