Cockpit's automatic nightly testing (https://github.com/cockpit-project/cockpit/issues/20327) revealed that this causes a major regression (pmlogger crash), but this went into stable too fast. It usually takes a full day for updates to arrive at mirrors, so they aren't "visible" to dnf for a while after creating the update.
