I do: dnf5 upgrade --enablerepo=updates-testing --refresh --advisory=FEDORA-2024-45862e3ed9
dnf5 install blender
And now I have blender on my F40.
Package blender installs with the updates-testing enabled (to get the packages listed above).
This update can be pushed to stable now if the maintainer wishes
Users are reporting that this causes issues with upgrades, so I'll push it to stable. The previous version is not installable on F40, so this version is certainly better.
