It looks like this update was only pushed to Fedora 39 but not to Fedora 40, where the same issue is present?
The f40 build is https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=2530064, but it is using old ignition-config-0.3, so I create PR https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/rust-coreos-installer/pull-request/68 to rebuild using the latest ignition-config.
