Works
Is there any reason that the rpmdump utility isn't being built / installed with this package? It's listed as one of the enhancements with RPM 4.20 but it doesn't seem to be part of this package or its own package.
The utility actually is included in the
rpm-build
package. Please note, however, that it's not installed into the default$PATH
but rather into the/usrl/ib/rpm/
directory as it's a low-level tool, not really meant for end users. The Release Notes do mention this but we should probably clarify them a bit more (making a note here, thanks!).Ah, I probably should have figured that out. Thanks much for the response, really appreciate it!
No worries, you're welcome!
Working fine here.
Works.
Haven't encountered any issues.
