This is a new package set to allow the upstream ramalama project run inside of Fedora 40.

python-cloup is needed by python-omlmd for its command line interface.
python-oras is needed by python-omlmd for AI artifacts.
python-omlmd is used by python-ramalama for different internal needs.
python-ramalama is https://github.com/containers/ramalama a tool to make AI artifacts boring to use.

How to install
