Update to upstream OpenVPN 2.6.1. For Linux there are just a few bugfixes.
This build also includes an additional fix which will arrive in OpenVPN 2.6.2, which solves issues with the OpenSSL xkey provider, needed by PKCS#11 providers like Yubikeys.
