I wonder why an RC is getting pushed to a stable Fedora branch?
Tested by building a few projects I had laying around. Everything ran as expected.

@decathorpe: Basically, because there are a lot of fixes in this compared to the last 3.25 series release, and this RC is basically the same as the final release except for some small tweaks.
