Still can't update

Problem 1: cannot install the best update candidate for package julia-1.9.0-0.beta4.fc38.x86_64
- nothing provides libopenblasp64_.so.0()(64-bit) needed by julia-1.9.0-1.rc2.fc38.x86_64
Problem 2: package julia-doc-1.9.0-1.rc2.fc38.noarch requires julia = 1.9.0-1.rc2.fc38, but none of the providers can be installed
- cannot install the best update candidate for package julia-doc-1.9.0-0.beta4.fc38.noarch
- nothing provides libopenblasp64_.so.0()(64-bit) needed by julia-1.9.0-1.rc2.fc38.x86_64

Bodhi is disabling automatic push to stable due to negative karma. The maintainer may push manually if they determine that the issue is not severe.

Same issue as others above. Updated F37 to F38 and Julia 1.9 beta 4 had the same issue with openblas library. Issue remains with rc2.
