I think this update breaks the building of Silverblue ostrees: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2177912 . It did not have the silverblue tests run on it automatically as it's not in the workstation critpath on F38 (it is on Rawhide), which I should look into and fix, but I triggered the tests manually on staging and ostree build failed as described in that bug:
