This update fixes oneVPL configuration files to install to /etc instead of /usr/etc, which makes ostree builds with oneVPL included work. It also provides the latest upstream versions of oneVPL amd oneVPL-intel-gpu; see the upstream changelog for more details (there does not appear to be a working changelog for oneVPL-intel-gpu). Note the Python bindings have been retired in this version.
