Remove the requirement on fedora-flathub-remote and fedora-workstation-repositories for Workstation and Silverblue to let users manully remove them post installation.
Those two packages are still installed by default in both Editions.

This update appears to make
fedora-flathub-remoteandfedora-workstation-repositoriestargets fordnf autoremove.I see that they've been added to comps, but that doesn't seem to have helped here. In a fresh Workstation VM updated with GNOME Software, I can bring them back with
dnf group install "Fedora Workstation". I expecteddnf group upgrade ...to work, but it didn't do anything.
