Remove the requirement on fedora-flathub-remote and fedora-workstation-repositories for Workstation and Silverblue to let users manully remove them post installation.
Those two packages are still installed by default in both Editions.

.I see that they've been added to comps, but that doesn't seem to have helped here. In a fresh Workstation VM updated with GNOME Software, I can bring them back with
dnf group install "Fedora Workstation"
. I expecteddnf group upgrade ...
to work, but it didn't do anything.
