This is an upstream bugfix and enhancement update of GIMP. For details, refer to the release notes.
Additionally, it downgrades the mypaint-brushes package to 1.3.1, as version 1.x is needed for GIMP. Version 2.x is available as the mypaint-brushes2 package.
