This update attempts to address an issue whereby failure of the built-in media check on Fedora live and installer images is sometimes not visible because the screen blanks immediately after the failure. It introduces a 12-hour sleep before the system is halted, when the media check fails. The update includes both anaconda and dracut builds because the media check for live images is implemented in dracut, but the media check for installer images is implemented in anaconda.
Updates may require up to 24 hours to propagate to mirrors. If the following command doesn't work, please retry later:
sudo dnf upgrade --refresh --advisory=FEDORA-2023-40de14d7fc

I built Workstation Live and Everything netinst locally with these updates, the problem is gone, media check failure stays on screen. Good job! I also performed an installation in VMs, works fine.
