This bumps rpm to the new alpha release rpm-4.18.90.
It also rebuilds and - where needed - patches all packages depending on RPM. This is necessary as RPM bumps the so version of all its libraries from .9 to .10.
The rpm has moved from autoconf in 4.18 to cmake in the upcoming 4.19 release. As such the way rpm is build and packaged has changed a lot. The full list of changes can bees seen at
