This release delivers version 6.1 based on ffmpeg. It improves a blurfilter, a cubic interpolation, PGM and PPM files, and a documentation. It adds suport for additionals image formats understood by libav library. It removes --input-sequence and --output-sequence parameters. It changes license to GPL version 2 only.
