I have reached out to the package maintainer to see if it can be updated or if I need to downgrade google-auth in Fedora 34. Once he has had a chance to look and make a decision something will be done. But it does not affect this update.
Thank you jmontleon. I grabbed the FC34 rebuild/downgrade from koji. Sorry about grabbing the wrong thing in Bohdi. I only saw EL9 and this one on the BZ for this package. I didn't go checking for other BZs of the same package.

Bodhi is disabling automatic push to stable due to negative karma. The maintainer may push manually if they determine that the issue is not severe.
This one is going to be a challenge because we will need to backport all of the cachetools stuff along with some other updates:
allenhewes this update is for Fedora 35 not Fedora 34.
The Fedora 34 update was https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2022-f2ba157a35 and the issue was not caught before it reached stable.
The bug is at https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2050677

This update can be pushed to stable now if the maintainer wishes
