The update is breaking freeipa tests on fedora37. https://pagure.io/freeipa/issue/9298
Bodhi is disabling automatic push to stable due to negative karma. The maintainer may push manually if they determine that the issue is not severe.
After investigation from PKI team, this is an issue in PKI code (https://github.com/dogtagpki/pki/issues/4273) that is not supporting ECDSA keys for ACME. This should not prevent this certbot update from being pushed to stable.
