Looks like the GTK4 update is causing the mouse cursor to jump to be twice its size it should be in windows of GTK4 apps (i.e. gnome-software or gnome-text-editor) on HiDPI.
Bodhi is disabling automatic push to stable due to negative karma. The maintainer may push manually if they determine that the issue is not severe.

nautilus works fine including smb and ftp connection, gedit works fine, terminal works fine, calculator works fine
no regressions noted
