Thunderbird 102 is known to bring incompatible changes to existing addons, was it really necessary to push it into a stable Fedora release?
We already had 102.2.0. The 91.x series is discontinued, 91.13 was the last release, there won't be any more security fixes either, I think continuing with the 102 series is the right thing to do.
It very well might be, but you still need to follow the Updates Policy. Pushing breaking changes into a stable release is not allowed, especially without any communication. You should ask FESCo for an exception if you need one.
