Backports upstream PR#4012 “Adds reserved word check to signature generation logic.”, which fixes upstream bug #4011 “Model signatures contain reserved words.”.
This is required to use FastAPI on Python 3.11 and would allow the python-fastapi package to be unretired for Fedora 37.
