libmodulemd-2.14.0-1.fc34

FEDORA-2022-455e033450 created by ppisar 2 years ago for Fedora 34

This release fixes a crash when updating an index with an invalid subdocument and a NULL error parameter, clobbering module defaults on a modulemd_module_set_defaults() failure, modulemd_module_index_upgrade_defaults() to actually use the requested version, rejecting duplicate contexts in modulemd-packager-v3 documents, reporting an error if modulemd-validator tool is invoked with both --version option and an unknown option, and runing tests with Python 3.11. This release also adds functions for cleaning modules from XMD data and improves a documentation.
