This fails because it introduces https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2047503 to F35. That problem is already affecting Rawhide and F36 and causing KDE tests to fail in openQA. With this update it happens to F35 as well. See also https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=449273 (upstream report).
If we take this without fixing that bug, the KDE live image install tests will fail for every F35 update. I would just have to turn them off.

User session terminated when running dnf update in konsole, but update completed.
Had no issues updating on a fresh f35 install in VM. No issues after some minor clicking around and opening applications both in x11 and wayland.
No issues on a VM F35 previously updated early this month. No conflicts at upgrade. Plasma working fine.
