Note:

The update removes the recommendation of ipp-usb - it is not able to remove ipp-usb itself, so users effected by the issue have to remove ipp-usb manually if you don't want to migrate to it yet.

The new update will make sure ipp-usb won't be brought in with next CUPS update, if user removed ipp-usb in the past.
