Updates to many NetworkManager plugin upstream releases. The new versions enable the Gtk4 versions of the UI plugins, allowing their use with GNOME 42 Control Center.

Did it myself :D I tested that now I can add a new openconnect VPN connection in g-c-c and I see the editor UI for it.
