Backport an upstream fix to increase jpeg image data memory size to 300 MB to help with loading large JPEG images.

It didn't fix the issue for me. Still getting "Error interpreting JPEG image file (Backing store not supported".
I can send the JPG I'm trying to open if you need.
Bodhi is disabling automatic push to stable due to negative karma. The maintainer may push manually if they determine that the issue is not severe.

@burakdede Maybe you can mention it upstream at https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gdk-pixbuf ? This fix here (backport of https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gdk-pixbuf/-/merge_requests/143) definitely helps, but is apparently not enough to fix all cases.
