Introduce %pyproject_check_import macro which uses the enhanced %py3_check_import with new options. More info on %pyproject_check_import can be found in README.md.
%py_check_import newly accepts flags (additional to already existing functionality - accepting positional arguments): * -f <path_to_file> - file containing the module names to be checked during the import, separated with newlines * -t - if set, check only for top-level modules * -e <module_name_glob> - exclude module names matching the given glob, can be set multiple times
Define a new macros %python_wheel_dir and %python_wheel_pkg_prefix
