Works for me BUT there are errors in the logs (duplicate lines are removed):

Jan 22 19:28:59 laptop.local pipewire-pulse[1732]: Failed to mlock memory 0x7fbc930c5000 32832: This is not a problem but for best performance, consider increasing RLIMIT_MEMLOCK
Jan 22 19:28:59 laptop.local pipewire[1750]: alsa-pcm 0x55fc3d671438: snd_pcm_status error: Broken pipe
...
Jan 22 19:29:01 laptop.local pipewire-pulse[1732]: pulse-server 0x564bf92b6630: [libcanberra] ERROR command:18 (PLAY_SAMPLE) tag:14 error:25 (Input/output error)
...
Jan 22 19:29:09 laptop.local pipewire-pulse[1732]: pulse-server 0x564bf92b6630: [libcanberra] ERROR command:18 (PLAY_SAMPLE) tag:52 error:25 (Input/output error)

I'm not sure if they are critical, because this only happens when the system is booting up.

BZ#1913663 is not solved; some programs like Carl or new-session-manager can not be installed with pipewire-jack-audio-connection-kit.

The following lines should be added to the spec file in the %package jack-audio-connection-kit section:

# Virtual Provides to support swapping between PipeWire-Jack and Jack
Provides: jack-audio-connection-kit
Provides: jack-audio-connection-kit-dbus
