Restore compatibility with c89 in objimpl.h.

It should be possible to compile Python 3.5 (and lower) with C89, see https://www.python.org/dev/peps/pep-0007/#c-dialect .

One of the patches we backported used a C++-style single-line comments; this update converts it to the older style.
