Couldn't get the documented way to install to work:

sudo dnf upgrade --enablerepo=updates-testing --advisory=FEDORA-2021-b88e86b753

Dependencies resolved.
Nothing to do.

However, going over to Koji and manually installing the RPM worked fine.

This update can be pushed to stable now if the maintainer wishes
