Works well. All is localized again. Thank you. I did the upgrade from a package from a copr mentioned in the the bugreport (thunderbird-91.0.3-3.fc34). Thanks to all who helped to get it working again.

On one profile all TB languages are enabled since the first start after update (calendar's langpacks are disabled) and interface switched to system default language on it's own, on other profile most TB langpacks were disabled until I forced add-on updates check. Thanks for updates and a bugfix!

Unfortunately, the Simplified Chinese Language Pack is not fixed. And it forced to switched to Traditional Chinese, and I can't delete this language pack or disable it.
