This update adds a flatpak side work around to fix an issue with getting a flood of SELinux denials about /var/lib/flatpak/exports every time when logging in.

I never had the issue with colord, so I can't comment on that, but these denials
SELinux is preventing gnome-shell from map access on the file /var/lib/flatpak/exports/share/icons/hicolor/icon-theme.cache
SELinux is preventing dbus-daemon from read access on the lnk_file /var/lib/flatpak/exports/share/dbus-1/services/org.gnome.Extensions.service
are now gone.

I have updated flatpak using this command "dnf install flatpak --enablerepo=updates-testing,updates-testing-modular --best". This upgraded to flatpak-1.10.2-3.
to my best knowledge your work have been a success. No error messages after reboot.
