Not sure if this is worth reporting, but gnome-terminal windows are now noticably bigger when comparing the same font size. Whereas I was able to fit three 80x24 windows on my screen on top of each other vertically before, they no longer fit after this update.
There was a change in VTE to how line height is measured: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/vte/-/issues/347 and there is some ongoing discussion, so that behaviour may change in the future. In short, the line height is now taken from the font metrics, and a fallback font (such as would be common with CJK locales) affects the calculated line height.
