This does not seem to fully fix the blocker bug, so removing that association for now.

This fixed /usr/libexec/geoclue-2.0/demos/where-am-i in my F35 VM. However, it still times out on my laptop. More details in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1991075#c39 .

I added back the blocker bug association as I think we should pull this in as the blocker fix as well, in addition to the glib2 update.
